I recommend you to visit the three most beautiful landscape gardens in Japan, which are Kenrokuen Garden in Kanazawa, Kairakuen Garden in Mito and Korakuen Garden in Okayama. I found my personal Rock Garden highlight at the Ryoan-ji Zen Temple in Kyoto. The garden belongs to one the most famous Zen Temples in Japan.
Last but not least I lived for over 1 year in Tokyo and my favourite place for an relaxing afternoon in the city was Yoyogi Park."
