History
Shiodome is a man-made area at the shores of the Tokyo Bay. In 1603 the Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu and his people decided to fill in the marshland to create Shiodome.
Location
Shiodome is located within the Minato Ward in Tokyo.
How to get to Shiodome?
- Shiodome Station is served by Yurikamome new transit (elevated train to Odaiba) and
- Oedo Subway Line
- Shimbashi Station is served by JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, JR Yamanote Line and
- Asakusa and Ginza Subway Lines
