"This picture was taken on my first Shinkansen trip from Tokyo to Osaka. I was on my way to a job interview in Hamamatsu, which in the end changed the course of my life. I saw Mt. Fuji once from the plane but never that close. I remember that the people on the train got suddenly so excited and I stopped for a moment my preparation. Then I realized that the view of the symbol of Japan never gets old even for the local people."
