"My favorite time in Japan is the cherry blossom season. I also call it the happy season with so many parties going on in the parks all over the country. This picture was taken during my visit to Ueno Park in Tokyo at the beginning of April. My friends had reserved a beautiful spot under a cherry tree and we stayed there for many hours. 2 days later I was invited to another hanami celebration in the Shinjuku Gyoen."
