"I rented a car on Yakushima island and followed the highway along the coast. I took a longer break at this beautiful spot and watched the forces of nature. There is a high chance that you won't see a single person at the beach. It would have been the perfect setting for a Robinson Crusoe movie. I praised Yakushima for its amazing natural settings before and I do it again. One of the best places I have ever visited. There is a reason why the island received the status of a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993."
