"The density of good restaurants in Tokyo is unmatched. A lifetime is not enough to try everything out :) I took this picture in Omotesando, while this woman was preparing my favorite dish called Ramen, a Japanese noodle dish. It is made of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat-based broth. The flavor is amazing and there are so many variations that it never gets boring."
